The DJI Phantom 2 Zoom came out in October 2013. This model was significantly improved over the original Phantom. This model featured a one-dimensional, HD camera, micro SD card of four gigabytes, Wi-Fi module and GPS-enabled positioning holding. Other improvements included an improved Naza flight control system, self-tightening propellers, and auto-return. Phantom 2 Zoom was compatible both with iOS and Android devices.

DJI Phantom2 Vision+

For the DJI Phantom 2 and Vision+ quadcopters, there is a new protective case in the market: the Atomik RC Case. The hardshell case features lockable latches and a matte exterior. It includes a foam insert that holds all the DJI Phantom's accessories. The Atomik RC Case makes a great gift and is rugged and durable. This case gives you peace of mind knowing that your DJI Phantom remains safe.

The DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ has two GPS-assisted flight mode options. GPS Mode is where the drone will hover in a fixed spot and stop when it's released. The drone will not drift in GPS Mode even when there is light wind. However, if you use the camera on the camera, you can program a flight path and take pictures while in GPS Mode. The drone can also record video. The drone will also display flight telemetry so you can track it.

No, you don't need special training to fly your drone. All you need is a remote control unit and some basic knowledge of flight mechanics.

Flying with a drone?

Drones have become increasingly popular for commercial and personal purposes. They are used for photography, filming, aerial mapping, search & rescue, and other applications. The FAA has recently approved several new drone regulations, which include requirements for registration, licensing, pilot training, and insurance. These changes will help ensure that drones stay safe for all.

What are the rules and regulations for drones operation?

Registering your drone with FAA is required. This registration process includes submitting information about the device, including its weight, size, battery capacity, and operating frequency. A FAA identification number is also required.

Can I fly my drone around my area?

Yes! These are called UAVs, or unmanned aerial vehicles. There are several types of drones available for sale today, from small quadcopters to large fixed-wing aircraft. How To

How To Fly Drones For Beginners

A drone is a remote-controlled aircraft used for aerial photography, cinematography, surveillance, scientific research, and hobby purposes. Drones have been in use since World War II. DJI introduced their Phantom series of quadcopters in 2010, but commercial use only began in 2010. There have been many types of drones since then, including beginner-friendly drones like the Parrot AR Drone 2.0 and professional-grade multi-rotor crafts like the DJI Mavic Pro.

There are many ways to fly a drone.

  1. Remote control - This allows you to control the drone from your hand. There are two types of controllers available: joysticks and on/off switches.
  2. Manual Control – This allows remote operation of the drone via GPS coordinates using a smartphone application. The app will give you instructions.
  3. Autonomous Flying - This allows the drone to take over all of the piloting duties. It basically flies autonomously without any human intervention. The drone must be equipped with a camera and sensors that can capture images and data in order to fly autonomously.
  4. Triggered Flight: This is similar in concept to manual control. The pilot manually creates a route and the drone then follows it until it reaches that endpoint. Once the programmed route is completed, the drone lands automatically and returns back to the base.
  5. Landing Gear- Some drones include landing gear that allows for safe landing if the power goes out or they run out of batteries.
  6. Goggles – Pilots often wear goggles while flying to keep themselves safe from any debris.
  7. Camera – Some drones have cameras, which allow you to take photos or videos from up high.
  8. Obstacles. Some drones can have obstacle avoidance technology that stops them from hitting obstacles.
  9. Speed - Some drones reach speeds exceeding 40 mph.
  10. Battery Life - Most drones last between 20 and 3 hours depending on how much power they have.
  11. Some drones have a range of up to 30 miles, depending on their model.
  12. Power source - Some drones need an external power source, while others use internal batteries.
  13. Weight – Some drones are less than one pound, while other models can be up to four pounds.
  14. Size - The size of drones varies from small, easily carried devices to more substantial crafts that weigh in excess of 50 pounds.
  15. Price - From high-end models that cost thousands of dollars to low-cost options that start at $100, all drones fall under a certain price category.
